BloodRuby wandered throught the forest. She stumbled on a rock now and then. She could not believe what had just happened to her! Crys of her mothers last words ringed in her mind. The cold breeze swept accross her black fur. She finally stoped, unable to go on.
"Why me? Why do bad things allways revolve around me?"
The pup flopped down onto her belly. Blood was trickeling down her forhead, but she didnt care. She closed her eyes. She new that if she fell asleep she might never wake up. But it didnt matter. Others predators would be able to smell the blood! For olnce she didnt care what happened to her. She just lay there and her eyes started to close. She was either sleeping, or slipping slowly away into a sleep she might never return.
"You said you would always be there for me!"
